A former probation officer in Ventura County, Jennifer is experienced in criminal and family law matters and handles a wide range of cases in both areas for Bamieh & Erickson.
Jennifer has widespread knowledge about the criminal justice system and is a criminal sentencing expert. She has extensive experience with juvenile law and serious felonies in the Superior Court. She supervised juveniles on probation and wrote complex felony sentencing reports for the courts.
She has reviewed thousands of police reports, interviewed hundreds of defendants, authored scores of reports on clients accused of violating their probation, calculated restitution in appropriate cases, and written sentencing recommendations for judges. Jennifer has written reports for offenses ranging from minor crimes to violent felonies, and she has written expungement reports.
Jennifer earned valuable family law experience when she volunteered at the Ventura County Family Law Self-Help Center. She is a graduate of Chapman University and the Ventura College of Law.
