David's strength is a diverse legal background which includes extensive civil law work and jury trial experience on cases ranging from personal injury to wrongful death.

David has conducted more than 200 arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings in Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange and San Luis Obispo counties. He has done extensive work in the areas of insurance defense, corporate, business, transactional, real estate and collection law.

Before he joined Bamieh and Erickson in 2005, David provided legal services to an international retailer of photocopy and office services. He supported the Customer Administrative Services branch in all aspects, including civil litigation, conflict resolution, customer disputes, human resources, and loss prevention.

David is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara College of Law. He previously worked as a Legal Process Specialist and Judicial Assistant.
